- STEP 3: Secure your event by sending in the Reservation Form and the $100 nonrefundable deposit.
- STEP 4: Contact Red Lodge Mountain Golf Course Clubhouse to customize meal details.
- STEP 5: Confirm final numbers and details of event one week prior to event.
- STEP 6: Send list of players to golf staff for creation of score cards and cart signs two days prior to event.
